See Ron and Goad

Has anyone ever told you that you can’t do it?
Definitely at some points in our lives, someone would have said this to us
But I’m sure with hindsight we would be able to discern that triumph is always absolutely preceded by inner strength
Self-confidence is the master key to the door of the room of possibilities
This bedrock virtue is epitomized steeply by an iconic sportsman
Who until now was widely perceived to be a wannabe great in the game of his specialisation
Sincerely I’m one of those who held to this pseudo perception of this irrepressible character
More so a feeling buoyed by my affinity to a magician hero that is on the other side
But time and time again, this athletic and professional sportsman has delivered when most doubted
A position embolden by the impregnable law of nature on aging and its direct relationship with performance decline
And what a better way to etch his legendary status in the mind of the chronic doubters than with that sumptuous overhead kick against the old lady at the biggest of stages
It simply boils down to self-belief and confidence in the midst of turbulence of doubts
The truth is only you can change your life, no one else will do it for you
You can only be encouraged and guided by others but ultimately the decision to achieve lies within you
This sportsman of reference, to buttress my message, has won it all
Both personal and team titles over the course of a decade but yet he still desires for more
Of course these titles didn’t come based on covetousness alone but on self-improvement activities
As he is committed, disciplined, passionate and most importantly loves to train daily and even puts in extra hours
Just as we face seemingly insurmountable challenges in our work place and personal life
Just as people have a divergent views of who we truly are or what our potentials can offer
We must never stop believing in ourselves
We must look within us for the inner strength and greatness
We must take action to gain traction towards actualizing our goal
This is  however well illustrated if only you see Ron and Goad
